The media could not be loaded. I thought it didn't work and was gutted. Turns out i needed to clean BOTH filters in my vacuum and thats why the attachment wasn't working. I'm so pleased with it now I've figured out the issue! Good product after all

This little attachment is lovely for the stairs and also for getting my dogs hair of the sofa. Very good price. It just slides on the end of the suction pipe. Couldn't be easier.

Works well but its a bit noisy

It's a shame that this doesn't come with the Shark that I have, it's was a bit pricey for what it is, however I was struggling to vacuum the stairs with the small brush attachment that came with mine. This is much better and also works well on sofas and mattresses. Need to try it out in the car next. Has better suction, it's lightweight and easy to use.

works greatMy motorized true pet attachment for the hv320 quit working even though I had only used it about 5 times (it was awkward to use). I did not know if this would fit my vacuum, but thankfully it does.I works so much better than the old cumbersome one, which is good since I have 6 cats to clean up after. I use it with the extendable hose (I imported from America) to get it exactly where I need it. 👍👍

This is the third replacement we have had to order. The last one lasted little under 24 months, as did the orginal.

Great tool to clean stairs. I just wish the hover it goes with would have a space to keep it handy like with the other tools.

I have used this for some time & it works, however, eventually the neck started to crack so I resolved the issue by fixing a jubilee clip on & hey presto no more problem.Perhaps the manufacturer could improve on this issue ????
