EXCELLENT QUALITY!!!
This tea is WONDERFUL. It is a full bodied, organic black tea with a beautiful color, mild taste with a malty finish. This is EXCELLENT QUALITY. This is my 3rd order. Thank you!

Excellent at first order, mediocre at second reorder
The first time I ordered this chinese red (black) tea, I was blow away first by the large full leaves.Once, I finished the bag after 2 months I reorderd it and received a dusty bag of broken leaves. Might have gotten the bottom of the batch, I don't know but sadly it makes a big different not just on the visual but the taste as well.Other than this, the taste is true to the variety, a stringent but yet moderately fruity morning tea with a strong dose of caffeine.Given the price value, I would probably buy it again and hope for another batch of large leaves.

Very good flavor
I am a big tea drinker, and this is my new favorite black tea. It has a nice flavor that is hard to describe and is different from most standard black teas.

Doesn't taste like Golden Yunnan came with red package, not what i bough
Has a great leaves size and smells nice ( I have been drinking Yunnan Golden teas for at least 20 years) . It doesn't have typical Yunnan Golden tea flavor/ taste and much less golden coloured leaves . Usually Golden Yunnan leaves is not mostly black, should have more golden leaves in it. That is why the taste is very plain. There are better brands for this specific tea.

Quality varies between orders
First bag was incredible. Great smell, strong dark tea. Second bag is less fragrant, more full of pollen and steeps considerably slower. Still makes a good tea though.

Daily Morning Drinker
I tried several loose leaf black Chinese teas from Amazon and this is the one that jumped out, both in terms of quality and price. It brews up as rich as you want without getting bitter, with great aroma and flavor. I finally settled on 6g in a 240ml Yixing pot with first infusion at 212 degrees and 18 seconds, followed by 205 degrees at 20 sec, and increase by 5 or 10 seconds for each additional infusion. At this price point I drink I drink as much as I like in the morning and save my higher priced teas for afternoon and special occasions. Recommended!

real tea without the dust
Most of the package is in Chinese and the contents look like what it's supposed to be. Long dried golden tipped lovely tea. Makes a beautiful amber fragrant cup of tea on a 3 minute steep. I steep in an open container and don't recommend trying to squeeze these leaves into bags or even baskets. There are no crumbs here - just leaves.Update -I felt that the tea was not as "golden" as the Yunnan Gold from my usual source. It's not. The photo shows this tea on the left and my usual Yunnan Gold on the right. The tea on the right is much smoother in taste and brighter in color. All that being said. The tea in this item is still very good. I just wanted to address the question of "how golden" and show the differences.

Is it expired or something?
This is the strangest Yunnan red tea I've ever tasted. Or, I'm not sure if it is even Yunnan red tea at all. It lacks the maltiness that yunnan tea has. I wouldn't buy it again.
