I bought 2 of these for my kids and they love them. The chairs are sturdy and comfortable. One of them came with a broken arm wrest, I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a new set of arm wrests promptly!

We did have an manufacturing issue with the chair we got my Son for Christmas. A quick email to the company and some photos and they have the replacement part in the mail. I am happy with this purchase and company.Thanks Kristin!

In short, this chair is terrible. Bought it in April of 2020 and it only 2 months to realize that my purchase wasn't going to last. My moment of realization came from almost falling backwards when the "nylon" base broke, it was then when I realized the wheels were also separating a dragging on the floor. As a remedy opposed to just buying a whole new chair I bought a metal base and replacement wheels. A month after that the foam padding had completely flattened and the chairs comfort equated to be similar to sitting on a cardboard box. Then the final nail in the coffin began to emerge at around the 5 month marker, hesitant to buy a new chair I withstood the unbearable discomfort this chair brought me and suffered and noticed the chair was beginning to twist and was uneven.... the back of the chair is supported by 1 spring and hing while the other side is merely held in place by a basic bearing so over time as you put weight into the back of the chair it begins to bend the "durable" metal frame and twist onto itself and so just 1 week ago prior to the 11 month marker the chair became completely unusable. As a person who is 6'2 and 260lbs and religiously used this chair for over 8 hours a day for about 10 months and gave it every benefit of the doubt I wouldn't buy this chair again. I would recommend buying an actual ergonomic chair as opposed to buying a "gaming chair"TLDR; chair is reliably uncomfortable, chair will likely break on you if you use it as the design is intended for, DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR.

6'2" 170lbs - perfect size chairChair came with one arm not working right, it's fine but don't lock in certain height positions. Emailed them, sent me new arm free. Chair is pretty comfy with a ton of adjustments! I'm 6'2 170lbs and it fits me like a glove. Even if your kinda hefty it's very wide. I do have a chair pad (honey comb rubber thing 1" thick) from old chair which I threw on and it makes chair even better! I'll game for hours and it keeps me plenty comfy with minimal "numb ass" lol. Pillows for lumbar are the best part. Helps my lower back pain alot. Im 42...not a kid anymore lol. I think the chair...for 120 I paid...was a steal!

I recieved my chair, and after unboxing it as I was checking to see if everything was there, I could not locate the screws in any bag.However, they were already installed in the chair...both sets of screws Item #9 and Item #10 in the manual were there in the chair already. This is done to ensure they fit into the threading. #10 are Allen screws even though the manual says Phillips.Before I noticed this I had located the company and ordered replacements, which I'll return back to them.Also, important to note is that the Company Name and Website are no longer. It is now called Joola at the same address in MD.Assembling the chair myself was quite easy. It is comfortable, and I love the armrest adjustments.One possible con is that the armrest covers go over the 3 buttons for the armrest adjustment, but not so much as to depress them.

The chair was good for a few months after I got it. At about 8 months though the chair started to tear and rip and the seams.

Absolutely positively the BEST gaming chair I have used (so far) and I have been through alot! The build is so solid and comfy that I could game for hours on end and still feel incredibly comfortable without any fatigue or pains whatsoever. Plus it rocks! What i like most about this chair is the comfy cozy mesh fabric its made out of (aside from the solid built construction) and the foam padding in the cushion is extra thick to support me for days! Might I add im kinda small (5' 8") at 160lbs but aside from that this chair has given me not only peace of mind that I can trust buying chairs this 'cheap' but will actually ENJOY using it day in and day out without worrying when it will 'wear' out or even break. Will post many updates and reviews in the future about this chair and will definitely keep it positive. 10/10

Bought used from Amazon Warehouse with a missing piston, once I was able to replace that it's actually a very nice chair! It does seem to only come with the "revised" steps 4, 5 and 6 of the directions but I was easily able to find a step by step video of a fellow assembling the chair in great detail. Once it's up and about it's a VERY sturdy chair that can easily handle the largest of fellows. Even at 6'7 I can comfortably rest my head against the headrest without having to scoot down in the chair at all, something I've never experienced with an office chair before. It reclines ALL the way back if you need that sort of thing and no matter what level you're at it feels super solid and the padding is very comfortable. If you need a big and strong chair you seriously can't go wrong with this thing for this price.
