Q: Just received my battery backup transformer. How do I test it to see if will work in the event of power failure?

1) Read the chair instruction manual 2) Install a fresh battery 3) Move chair to a reclined position 4) Unplug unit from wall outlet 5) Using whatever chair controls u have, move chair back to upright position if chair moves to upright position battery backup is working, if chair doesn't move the unit doesn't work 6) Assuming the test worked, plug chair back into the wall outlet , replace the battery
