DIRECT IGNITER Auger Push Rod/Shaft for Pellet Grills FITS Most Traeger® 17 1/8"

This is better built than the stock auger on my Cabela’s grill. Simply, the end that the motor shaft attaches to is bored out so there’s more “meat” for the connection. The stock auger had only a wrap of sheet metal welded on and the holes for the shear pin opened up and failed. This is an upgrade.

I bought this thinking it was an 18" auger replacement. It doesn't fit- the motor mount side is 1/4" too short. This is the correct auger for 12" auger replacements. The spring is straight, Welds are good quality. Overall quality is great. The center rod should reduce the ability of pellets to give up the auger tube during storage.

Assuming you measure the aguer you're replacing and the size matches this one works perfectly.
