Awesome product and at a great price. Super bright

I am using these in a couple of applications on my sailboat. They are installed in a Hella deck/steaming light on the mast in the deck light and they are installed in two Hella spreader lights on a stern arch. In both applications they are replacing dim, yellow, power-sucking incandescent 50-watt bulbs. These LEDs provide much more light and use a fraction of the power. This particular bulb doesn't have a projector, so it works great in these fixtures. I've had them installed for several months, but I don't use them a lot. They are still going strong and I purchased another set as spares.

Lights were dimmer then expected, although still has good color and was easy to install, especially for the money. I am using them in the fog lights of my Volvo V70R, and they are noticeably dimmer then the previous halogen bulbs.

Perfect fit for my OEM JDM foglights. May remove the yellow tint later on. Definitely recommend

these are worse than the halogens they replaced, in no way bright enough to be useful in a fog light.

Led bulb is very bright but would not fit in my Hella fog light housings. The rear of the bulb is too big and protrudes too far out to work with the Hella bulb retainers. The Hella fixtures use a retainer that fits over the center rear of the bulb and won’t close with the larger tails of these LEDs.These bulbs will work with a fixture that retains the bulb with spring wires that hold the bulb by the flange instead of the center.

They said that for a reason, the reflectors in headlights or worse projectors make these no more than mood lights. I don't see how, all the dimensions are basically the same. Five stars because I don't follow directions.

Works great, bright enough.
