Update: 0 for 3. The instructions that come with the belt also show the D rings, but no D rings on the belts that came. And I have no way of contacting the manufacturer or original seller. I am a quadriplegic, and the D Rings attached to the adjustable straps are a must. I have ordered two so far and a third on the way. As you can see the straps in the product picture shows D Rings and the ones sent do not have the D Rings. And without the D Rings as a quadriplegic, I can’t tighten down the straps. I’m hoping the next one has the D Rings.
