Water cooler is good and within 2 hours i got the delivery

I bought this products considering bluestar must be a good brand in terms of servicesToday it has been almost one year the product has stopped coolingThe technician who did the installation, did not ensure that the water that is dripping out from the cooler needs a pipe so that it does not drip on the electric partsNeither he informed me that i might have to face this issue in the future sp i could have arranged for the pipe myself even if they did not want to provide itAfter almost one year of use, after registering a complaint at service centre and with constant calls to them for visit, finally the technician came and diagnosed that the parts are damaged because the water has been dripping constantly on the electronic parts and hence there is a short curcuitI didnt have a choice so i paid the visiting charges of rs 550 and agreed to make payment for the parts as well so this water cooler can be used again. He also gave me a copy of bill/ receiving of chargesThis guy informed the service centre that i am not willing to pay the charges and hence my request got cancelledAfter 2 days of waiting i had to re- register the request again and go through the entire process again and the service centre keeps telling me that our executives are busy taking previous callsHence i am bound to write this review so maybe i get a correct resolution for this problem
