Very solid safe
Might have come in a box not showing what it was instead of bright yellow and black with SAFE written all over it. Took some hard work to install it securely but once fixed to the wall properly you'll need a bulldozer to move it. Very happy and would definitely recommend. (instructions could do with stating size of drill bit required for installing wall bolts, some of us have bad eyesight and getting the measurements correct is difficult). Instructions are in tiny writing..

Great value safe
Great features in this product. Secured it to the back wall with my own real plugs. Recommend it.The brown delivery box does NOT identify the product as a safe. There is a safe product cardboard box inside the outer packaging.

Not a maximum security its an expensive locker
If what you're looking for is a maximum security safe this isn't it, any sofisticated intruder can get into this and access your: items, documents or sensitive data, is a good locker but it's not a maximum security safe

Do Not Buy! Two failed safes. Warranty catch!
Keypad access failed in approx 12 months with minimal use. Yale eventually replaced under 2 yr warranty. The replacement safe has just failed again after another 12 months, again with minimal use. Yale now saying 2 yr warranty starts from original purchase, even though replacement was new also. How does that work? They clearly have no confidence in the product. Yale refusing to replace and even suggested I’m not using it properly. Yale eventually proposed 50% discount if I bought another. No thanks!

Great vault with awful installation
The manual is very minimal, lots of languages, but very badly explained. Especially the installing turns out to be a bit of a nightmare. The guide does not tell you the diameter and or depth of the holes needed. When the plugs get installed they don't grip very well so I could just yank the whole vault from the wall. So I probably drilled the holes too deep? I have no clue thanks to this manual.
