Biggest Power Brick EVER!
Why is literally no one talking about the size of this laptop's power brick?I can palm a basketball but this thing pushes the limits of my grip (see pic). It's MASSIVE!It weighs in at a whopping 2.2 lbs! I've had many laptops (about eight of them) and I've never seen a power brick even close to this size. It's so big that it makes my dirt bike look like a toy! I included an image of the power brick next to an Xbox One controller for comparison.Understandably, the computer requires a large power brick in order to move enough electrons into the system to keep it processing all those ones and zeros. So, I'm not suggesting they change it. But it's amazing that no one is talking about it in reviews, here or in web articles, because this thing is a beast and a legitimate safety concern. If some poor student skips leg day and has to walk across campus for something then they might not make it with this power brick on their back ("Student down! STUDENT DOWN!!!" sirens in the distance...).The computer? Oh yeah, it works great! I got the exact model I ordered (the 2070 Super graphics card) and it was brand new, not used and repackaged. The computer arrived earlier than expected and while UPS was rough on the box, it was double boxed and everything was fine. The computer fired right up and worked flawlessly. The looks on this machine are incredible! The overall design and functionality are perfect (IMO). The fit and finish are second to none. I love that you can customize the individual keys for different looks (see attached pic). Better block out a few hours if you're an artist type because you can craft some sick layouts for this laptop. You'll definitely be flexing with this laptop ;-) I'm very happy with this purchase and I'm glad that I went with Alienware.

Quality gaming computer
This is a very good performance laptop. All those dumb, unnecessary features: touchscreen, low-quality webcam, predownloaded useless software-- you will not find here. These people spent their time on one thing only: quality. This is a half-decent laptop, it can handle anything from Skyrim to Doom and more, easy. The only thing you might compain about is there's no number pad, which is a minor inconvenience for those who want this for anything that involves number crunching. Other than that, the laptop even gives you full control over its internal components, so you can decide if you want full-on performance or a laptop that doesn't make a sound as you scroll through social media or whatever.

Amazing, no complaints
This computer is by far the best I’ve ever had. I love the customization with the lights and everything. I love how well it runs games and it’s perfect for me. After trying the Microsoft Surface Book 3 and the MacBook Pro and no luck with those. I finally decided to suck it up and buy a gaming computer. Literally bought it for GTA5 and it runs it beautifully. Haven’t had it any problems with it at all, comes with a huge charger. Battery life sucks when gaming, but that’s to be expected. If you have any doubts, buy it

Good Gaming Laptop But Beware of a Couple of Things
Overall this is a great laptop. However, like any gaming laptop, this one runs hot. In fact, it's super hot. I had to use ThrottleStop to undervolt the cpu and cache. (There are instructions online on how to do this.) The result is a much cooler experience. At least my fingers don’t feel like they’re being burned to death on the WASD keys while I’m gaming after the adjustment. Also, there is no mic boost and people on Discord and Microsoft Team can barely hear me using a headset. This is super annoying. I’ve tried updating the drivers and what not but after some research some other people complained about this as well. I have a USB Razer headset that I can use as an alternative, which allows me to boost the output through the their software.Otherwise, like everything else about this laptop. I’ve been able to play World of Warcraft, Outriders, Final Fantasy XIV so far at the highest video settings and all have worked flawlessly.

Very good, but some small flaws.
Had mine for a few months now. Core temp was reading some very short instances of too hot. After a ton of different tests that a dell support done and 10 minutes for her to check with her superiors, they said it was fine, since it is not constantly too hot. It runs fallout 4 on highest resolution with over a 100 mods, with no problem. I don't own any games more stressing on a pc than that. Fans are really loud once they get going, recommend getting a external cooler if your not good with that, for keeping the fans from going full. Must keep it plugged in while gaming, accidently left it unplugged and in about 20 min it was 6% from starting full. The cord it comes with has a blue led built into the part that goes into the pc. The cord and pc port are not properly angled. The laptops back it partially tilted and the port does not compensate for that. Aka the laptop back is at an angle and the port is straight. It works fine but sometimes I have to unplug it and replug it in to make the cord give out the full amount of power. Sometimes it doesn't charge, sometimes it charges so slow battery is draining while charging while just watching Netflix, nothing more running. Just unplug a replug firmly as needed to fix. Just a small design flaw, looks over perfect function. ///////////////// Update: just a few months past the warranty, I ran a memory test with a windows tool. The issues I thought were from windows 11 being buggy was actually from memory hardware issues. I ran the dell software to detect hardware issues and it came up clean. I didn't know this windows tool existed until now. Dell customer support said my issues were normal and everything was fine, so I left the issue and bought a costly fan to manage the problems. Now I know that there was a ram issue during the building of the laptop like I specifically asked the customer support if is had memory issues. My first and last time buying from Dell.
