Good chair. Excellent service support
The delivery of the chair was promised in about 10-12 days and it came on time. It is quite comfortable and looks good too. However the best part of the purchase experience was the after sales service. I had an issue with the hydraulic lever during installation. The seller provided excellent support in getting the same resolved. There is a cap that needs to be removed from the seat’s rod. Only thing is maybe a small instruction page would have helped. However, overall good purchase experience.

Good chair but leg and hands are not cleaned
The product is good but the handle and leg are not clean it’s little dirty when I installed it

Product is good but what I had like to specifically comment is about extraordinary and super efficient service. Saumyansh (from the seller side) followed up thoroughly and ensured that product got delivered and we were able to assemble it properly.. 5 Stars for the good service!!

Not worth the money... cheap finishing
Very much below standard finishing for the money paid. I have purchased a Damro chair for lesser price which had much better finishing. Attached some photos for reference. Not even a plastic cover at bottom of seating area, instead it was finished with thin cloth with lot of staplers. Lot of scratches and uneven edges.Seriously not worth the money, wouldn't suggest this and please go for good branded one
