This interactive dog toy is awesome!!! I have a 20 pound puppy who is super hyper and this toy is perfect! She was kind of scared at first but a friend’s dog loved it so she started to love it too and not be afraid. She has started to get more rough with it and carries/tosses it onto floor and it keeps going. It has worked its way out from under furniture and all around the living room. If dogs don’t olay with it for a while then it moves a little. And it has a little wiggle/dance that is super cute. I’ll probably buy another one as back up! Love it!!!

I read the reviews about how a "chewing dog" may get the best of this toy. I thought I would chance it. Poor choice on my part!I have a Great Dane who tends to throw around his toys or shake them back and forth rather than chew. So I was surprised that he had one of the ends of this toy off and chewing on it within 5 minutes. Yes, it was fun watching his chase it around for 4 minutes... But not $50 worth of fun!I figured... Okay... I'll just have to watch him so if he pulls the end off... I can swoop in and grab the toy which would generally be ready for a recharge anyway to keep it going.That worked for the first few times. Until I started watching TV and discovered that he popped off both ends and then had the clear piece that holds the end on off the toy and was chewing on that. Not only is it a small hazard for him to chew... But he mis-shaped it by chewing on it... Rendering the toy useless.I actually popped the plastic piece in the oven to make it soft enough to reshape... It actually popped back out to its original form and I was able to put it back together... But now only 1 wheel spins.Do yourself a favor and buy a toy you can stick peanut butter in where they can't possibly get hurt by small parts coming off. You can buy those fairly cheap.

The media could not be loaded. I have only had this toy for an hour, so I cannot speak to durability. However, this is the most entertaining toy to watch my dog engage with. She is an American bully, 8 month puppy and has so much energy. She loves to play, and can go ALL DAY. Right now, her energy builds up because it’s summer time in Arizona, and she can’t be outside for long periods of time. I wanted something she can play with indoors by herself during times when I’m busy (trying to clean the house today) and that way she doesn’t feel bored. Most other toys she will destroy out of boredom if not directly engaged with someone but usually, If I move anywhere in the house (literally to grab a glass of water) she thinks it’s a queue to play and makes it hard to get any chores done (I’m still working on finding the perfect schedule). In the mean time, This is the perfect toy. She will pick it up and throw it for herself to make it go really fast, and then chase it or get chased by it. Perfect for an only dog, perfect for high energy puppies— just make sure to supervise if your dog is an intense chewer or likes the reward or hunting as this is an electric toy. My dog is an intense chewer, but she prefers to chase it, throw it, and then chase it again. She chased it consecutively for 40 minutes and now she’s sleeping peacefully. I have been able to get so much done. I love playing with her, but there are times when I need to clean and she wants to play.

The item itself is pretty cool; I have a 1-year-old Jack Russell who plays constantly, is a 10 lb power chewer, and is ridiculously smart. She loves it. My main issue was trying to figure out how to charge it! The instructions were awful. Otherwise, it seems to be well-made. If anything else notably happens, I'll update my review.The 4-star is only for the really bad instructions.How to charge:Pull off the wheel, pull off the white sheath (the one that has the button to turn it on), and there it is.

I purchased this dog toy and after 2 months the internal reduction gearboxes fell apart and you could hear the gears grinding. This caused the toy to no longer work. I left a poor review of this product because the price the item I consider high and should not break after just a few months.The PETGEEK team reached out about my complaint and offered a new toy free of charge which I greatly appreciate them doing even though this was outside the amazons return window. They’re response time was very fast and professional. I give the 5 stars for customer service.I really hope they solve the gear box issue, which would increase the life of the product substantially.

I bought one of these for my sister's dog as a puppy to help entertain her when her mum and dad were too tired to play with her, and now one for my own girl a couple years later. These are everything they say they are, no lie no sugar coating. They last about 2 hours of active, consistent play time, otherwise they go into sleep mode until triggered. They will wear in time due to chewing, but replacing the covers is easy and fast.They can be a little startling to your dog at first. Understandably, they wont be used to a toy that plays by itself. Once they figure it out though, they will have tons of fun chasing, pouncing, and biting.I highly recommend this toy if you're looking for something to give extra stimuli to your dogs day. They're easy to turn on and toss if you need them to spend some time distracted, or to leave with them at home when you can't be there to play.

My young puppy has endless energy. This toy helps keep him busy so I have a few moments to myself. It's very quiet so I let my pup have it overnight. I wish this brand had other puppy toys because it just might be my dog's favorite toy!
