Got this pump in place of my filter pump breaking down every year. I love this pump! It was easy to put together following the directions. It works well for my stock tank pool with no problems. Powerful suction and water flow. It is a little noisy but not something that can be taken for background noise.

I have a bestway 15'x48" round above ground pool and this thing keeps it super clean, no more of those stupid round filter cartridges, you have to clean out every other day and replace weekly. It was easy to install and fit perfectly with the hoses for my pool and had attachments for bigger pvc connections as well. The water flow is very strong, great suction and is super quiet, there is no auto shut off but we set it up to a timmer so no issues there.. over all it's a great quality product.

I bought the Vevor first and returned it after spending money on adapters and going to the plumbing section of my hardware store to retrofit and the unit still being a nightmare. This build was exceptional. Everything was in the box that was needed with relevant extras in case repairs or replacements are needed in the future. It worked perfectly once assembled. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I wish they would have done two things: 1) enclosed an O-ring for the pressure gauge and 2) marked Minimum and Maximum levels inside the tank for the sand level.

I was skeptical of this purchase after reading reviews that it was very difficult to put together and came with no instructions. Alas, literally everywhere is sold out of sand filters at the moment or they are marked up to outrageous prices. So I gambled on this one. I have an 18 x 40 8 Best Way pool and this pump keeps it 100 times cleaner than the cartridge filter and pump. There were instructions in the box on how to put it together. Hi had a few leaks at first, which turned out to be where I had not tightened everything up enough or added enough Teflon tape. Putting it together took a while, but the instructions were decently clear and I was able to do it by myself having no knowledge of sand filters at all. I have only had it for about a month now so I cannot speak to its longevity, but so far it has been a good purchase.

Not powerful enough even for a small pond. It was waste of money. I regret buying this product. Now became a big garbage in my back yard. I don't know how to get rid of it.

This sandfilter is great for the price.the motor is very quite and moves the water well.the instructions were easy the only thing you'll need is silicone grease for the o rings some sand and a 1 1/2 backwash hose if you desire.a Philips screwdriver will help fasten the clamps.the pool hoses that come with the coleman pool hook right up to the filter pump and the filter comes with everything you need to hook it up.over all I'm very pleased and feel that this is an upgrade that you need to replace the original pump that comes with the pool.so far so good I'm a couple days in and the water is super clear

This Sand filter is straight legit, great buy and have many items which were included to make any adjustments easy to make with the hose arrangement you may have. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FILER SET! Goodbye cartridge filters and good riddens.

So I purchase the 14" model with the pump and the sand filter because most of my friends that have pools recommended them. It came nicely packaged and it was easy to follow the instructions and put it together.After about a few days of using it (by the way night and day difference between the regular filter that came with my 18' x48" deep pool) it cleared up and cleaned the pool within 24 hours from the way it was looking.So I ran into an issue, when the pump would start (I connected it to a timer so it would run for a couple of hours in the morning and then later in the day again run for like 4 hours) sometimes it would not start, it would make like a humming noise and then shut off eventually. I checked it - it had water, the intake and the canister in the pump were clean and clear of any debris.Anyways, contacted their support, sent them a video of the problem and they determined that there was something wrong with it, and they said - we will ship you a new one. So within a couple of days I get the new package - but the replacement includes everything, new sand filer new package hoses, etc.They tell me no worries, keep the old stuff no need to send it back!!!Excellent customer support, all is working great and it has been working great for a couple of weeks now!!very happy customer
