Oem key fob. My truck is a 2018 so the dealer has to program the fob. After programming. It works perfectly! Prefer this OEM fob because dealer will still charge you programming if your knockoff key fails.

Looks stock. The auto shop I use had no problem programming it. I recommend finding a local mechanic who can program it. The dealership wanted $400. Local mechanic charged 30 mins of time and was $90 for the programming. Ace Hardware cut the hidden key for $3.

The key fob started the truck no problems, but would not lock/unlock the truck. Tried programming the fob with 2 different type and brand of scan tool. Scan tools XTool D8 and Thinkscan S7 plus. No dice.

Paired very easily with my 2016 RAM 1500. All functions work properly. The manual key from my original broken FOB even slid and snapped into the new FOB exactly. So I didn't need to have a new one cut from the supplied blank.

The inner buttons moved around so they didn’t work after programming initially. I had to open the key, move the buttons to the proper place and add a small amount of glue to hold them there. The key works great after, but it appears they were not glued in place in the first place. Still cheaper than buying one from the dealership.

This key fob is more money than others but it is an exact duplicate of my original Dodge FOB. It works like a charm and I'm VERY happy with it. Been using it now for many months to give me enough time using it to evaluate before writing this review. Bought this for my 2014 Ram 1500 Big Horn. Works extremely well

I originally purchases some very inexpensive ECCPP key fobs that claimed to work for my 2015 RAM truck, but they didn't. I purchased these and they programmed just fine, but they physical key was a bit thinner than the actual RAM so the dealers key cutting machine had trouble getting a good physical key. One out of two of these that I bought had physical keys cut in a way that worked to unlock my door, so I bought an actual RAM physical key and to replace the one that didn't work. Still think it was a good deal since the dealer wanted over $200 per key fob. I got by for less than half that for total cost.
