This was my first time getting to the inside of a computer. After watching a Youtube video I gave it a try and it fit perfectly and work just fine. EZ replacement.

Had a power surge on out home.This was my option and I guessed this would get my PC up and working quickly? Based on my online troubleshooting experience. Price was higher than other online retailers for same product, but was willing to pay!Shipping was 2 days, and worked!

One of my clients had a Dell system that was having power issues. The system would not consistently power on, and a new power supply was needed. This provided a quick shipping solution, at a much better price than purchasing from the manufacturer. It worked, and is still running fine.

I had to return two of these. They both didn't work. The one I ordered a year ago started failing with a noisy fan. That make three defective units. This seems like a Chinese scam: defective power supplies. Amazon customer service people don't seem to be able to speak English or understand what I am saying. Another one just hung up on me.

This was a perfect replacement for my Dell desktop computer. Works great, easy install.

This device did not work. I'm not sure who is at fault. It was packaged in a basic amazon envelope. So it could have been damaged in the shipping process. I at least expected an actual box or at least bubble wrap. So on to another manufacturer.

Didn't work right out of the box. Take the extra time to order a used genuine pull and get something that works.
