Rubbermaid 1994253 Brilliance Pantry Airtight Food Storage Container, Set, 8-Piece Small

Purchased them because they look great & the lid isn't so thick. Plus, if I wanted, could add custom labels on the side of them. Have had these for about a year now, they seem pretty air tight. However, I dropped one from a fairly low height & the lid easily popped off & all its contents were on the floor.

These containers are excellent overall -- well-made and durable, as well as great-looking. I wish I could just buy the two larger ones, though -- the tall thin container especially has a shape that makes it both hard to grab from the top shelf (it's a bit too slippery), and it's dimensions make it not super useful to store things. It's too small to store e.g. a bag of oatmeal, and while it holds my brown sugar well, it's small size makes scooping things out tricky. The smallest container is ok, but also a bit too small to be really useful - if it was maybe twice as high, I suspect I'd like it more. But the two largest (the "flour" and "sugar" ones) are really great and I would love to have 2-4 more of them.

I bought these containers to help organize my pantry, but also because we got pantry moths. These containers help keep your pantry, organized, keep the food fresh, and keeps out unwanted moths. They are not cheap. Frankly pantry organizers no matter the brand are not cheap. However, I love the look of them, and the air tight seal. I never have to worry about my stored food going to waste or being ruined.

I have been using the Rubbermaid Brilliance for about a year now and love these containers.They are very sturdy, do not leak and even warming up tomato sauce does not stain.The containers I bought 1 year ago still look like new.

These containers are the truth. Durable, stylish and well proportioned. A little pricey for 4 containers. A great addition to my kitchen counter top. Let's see how long they hold up!
