WiFi Connection works great with App
At the low price point for this scale, I was a little skeptical about the Wifi connection working since I previously returned a different brand smart scale due to connectivity issues. The Renpho app was very easy to set up and connect to my wifi. When I weigh in without my phone, the app alerts me that there is saved data and gives me the choice to save it to my history. I appreciate this option as it helps prevent erroneous readings when others in the household use the same scale. The scale itself is small and lightweight, and in white it looks very pretty on our beige marble floor.

Best model yet! Must have for weight loss journey
The media could not be loaded. Super easy to set up and easy to use if your phone isn’t near you. I originally had the ES-20M model (which is substantial) but gave it to a family member for their weight loss journey. The best part is you don’t need to have your phone near you. Once set up, it will connect to your WiFi, upload your records to the cloud, and then your phone. It shows your BMI, weight, and fat% right on the screen, which the other model didn’t. I posted an unboxing video and how easy it was to set up.The new-look is super sleek and blends well into our bathroom.I would recommend to friends, family, and random people.

Easiest Scale to Use When it Comes to Losing/Gaining Weight
I was hell bent on ordering a FitBit scale to help me keep track of my weight loss progress, but after discovering that I am more of an Apple watch fan, I knew there was no point in trying to spend $100+ on a scale that wouldn't connect with an Apple Watch. After reading the reviews for this scale, I decided to purchase, and I will say.... I will NEVER go back to a normal scale again. Everything about this scale makes it super easy to use. Just put it on the ground, make sure your Bluetooth is on and you have downloaded the app and signed up, and you are good to go! I even have my fiance logged onto it so we can both keep track of our progress. I attached a few photos of the scale to help others, along with a screenshot of the app its self. The app is super easy to use and the layout is user friendly that anyone (even my 70 year old grandmother) could use it and understand its features.Takeaways:Pros:- Easy to use app and scale- App is very easy to use- Scale automatically connects to your phone when Bluetooth is on and automatically reads your stats when you step on (no waiting)- The white (versus the previous black version I had) makes it extra sleek and does not show dust- Easy to change/add user and see stats of your progress- Automatically detects strange weights (like when my cat decides he wants to try it out)- VERY accurate (stepping on 5+ times and it constantly reads the same weight)- Totally free app, no purchases or subscriptionsCons:NONE

Good scale but needs improvement on S/W side
This scale is light weight and looks nice. It is also stable and looks to be durable. Setup is a little difficult. The scale requires both a bluetooth connection and a Wifi 2.4 GHz connection. The scale does not support 5 GHz Wifi networks. You'll also need a mobile device with the Renpho app to setup and configure the device. If you have both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz Wifi networks, and they have the same name (SSID), then your mobile device must be able to select an access point by BSSID. Modern Android devices do not allow that, and will always default to the 5 GHz access point, meaning you will have to rename the 2.4 GHz network to a different name in order to access it with the mobile device and setup the scale. This was less than ideal. Once the scale is configured, you can switch the mobile device back to the 5 GHz access point and still be able to use the app with the scale. Not being able to get the mobile device and the scale on the same Wifi network was the first technical hurdle I had to surmount to get the scale set up. Once configured, I also needed to setup a Renpho account on the app to use the device so that it tracked my measurements. Easy enough for the account holder, but more difficult when adding a second user. Each measurement user can see the data for the other users, and all users have to login each time they use the app. It will not stay logged in to their account. The app also defaults to showing the initial user data when it logs in, so measurement users need to switch to their profile every time the log in and use the scale. The app needs some work to allow the app to open to each device users profile and automatically login when the app is opened in order to make it more user friendly. It should also not allow measurements to be seen on all devices, but only on the device that is owned by the user, in order to protect privacy. Overall the scale performs well, and you can also use the display on the scale itself without the mobile device to record measurement history if so desired. The setup process is not clear on the difference between "measurement users" and "friends", however the written instructions do make this more clear. Both types of users can see each others data and there seems to be no way to prevent this. I did not attempt to use the scale with more than one Renpho account, so I don't know if that is possible.

Another great Renpho product
Haven't gotten into the Health app or phone syncing aspect of it too much yet. But I'm sure it will work fine as my other Renfro products do with the Renpho app. As far as the accuracy goes, I have a compared to any of the other scales that I have but I'm sure That it will be just great. I like the different measurements that you can take with the scale instead of "just your weight". It's a little awkward at first stepping onto a glass scale but eventually you get used to it. I'm hoping it will show me results that will motivate me to keep going on with my workouts. Results are always a good motivator in this should tell me how I'm doing.

So Far So Good
This scale seems to work just as intended. While I don't like the results I'm seeing, it's what I need to understand my weight and all related metrics.I have had no issues connecting the app and I like how I can track my weight loss (or ahem gain) journey over time.It seems to be pretty accurate as I had a doctor appointment where I was weighed and then used the scale the next day and it was very close.I know that my weight will fluctuate depending on lots of factors, so being within a pound felt pretty good to me.Easy to use and get set up with the app.
