Umbrella base weight perfect for lake living.
We have frequent storms that come up out of nowhere living on the lake. Our water filled outdoor umbrella base was not secure enough to keep the umbrella from falling over. With the added weight (filled with 80 pounds of sand) we feel confident knowing it can take the extra wind.

Affordable outdoor umbrella stand
Extremely affordable umbrella stand for outdoor use. I had a very difficult time finding one that wouldn't cost more than the umbrella. So I was super happy to stumble across this on Amazon. It's super lightweight and easy to move when empty but stable and sturdy when filled. I used water because I had that on hand. You can also fill it with sand. I live in a very windy area and the umbrella is on an upstairs balcony. The umbrella hasn't moved. The only minor issue I have might just be due to the diameter of the umbrella pole rather than any fault of the stand. The umbrella doesn't quite stand upright even when the screws are completely tightened. It leans ever so slightly to one side. It doesn't effect the functionality at all for me. I tested it all through a very brutal summer. Pleased with this purchase. I give it 4 1/2 stars out of 5.

Not worth the money.
The media could not be loaded. The bottom part doesn’t fit tightly to the base. Also, it’ll keep on turning without actually tightening. Big disappointment.

Fits 2" Umbrella Poles
It has been virtually impossible to find a base that will fit a 2" pole for an extra large umbrella. This one worked perfectly. We filled it with sand rather than water for the extra weight. Works perfectly.

Decent product
Good bases. I chose to fill it with sand instead of water. They hold up, but I'm not sure how it'll hold larger umbrellas. I used them on 6.5' umbrellas and at times the poles tend to lean slightly. Anything bigger and you may need a patio table to help support the center of the umbrella pole. Overall, I would recommend this product.

Simple enough
Simple enough for holding sand. The scoop that comes with it is worthless as you need several scoops from a small shovel to fill it.

Do not buy!
Worst product. The screw doesn’t work. I tried to return the product, it turned out I had to pay for the freight. DO NOT BUY!!
