Every small child wants a radio control car or truck! when my grandson's 4th birthday was approaching the first of May, I bought him this Jeep radio controlled vehicle, and he truly loves it. this vehicle came with TWO rechargeable batteries which power the vehicle's electronics and motors. the handheld transmitter requires a couple of "AA" alkaline batteries to power the transmitter. The children will get a lot of great use from this toy!

Gave this as gift to eight year old grandson. He loves it, and after driving it off ramps and boxes and through snow it’s still in one piece. Recommend as intro RC vehicle for kids.

This is a "Harsh" Review, discretion is advised. I purchased this for my grandson for Christmas. It worked fine out of the box. When we were together at New Years he didn't have his RC Jeep with him and I asked him why and was told the steering doesn't work. I purchased RC vehicles for all of his siblings and we planned a race at a local hall. I told him to get it to me and I would see what I could do. I received the vehicle at the next family gathering and sure enough the vehicle was faulty. At first set up, it turned left a few times but within minutes ur wouldn't turn in either direction. It seemed like a defective remote and a simple fix, even though I was past the "Return Deadline". I didn't want to return it, I expected a replacement controller. Clicked the Product Service button and was redirected to"Thin Air". To navigate the site I needed to Register and open an account. I did! did a search for "Service" as there was ni Service Link and got swept back to the ThinAir Brands home page and mikes sermon on his commitment providing to great products that like great ideas, often come out of the thin air.
