"Great Quality and Perfect Fit for My Son!"
"I bought these Levi Strauss men's bootcut jeans for my teenage son, and he absolutely loves them! The fit is perfect—not too tight, not too loose—just the right amount of room for comfort while still looking stylish. The bootcut design is great because it works well with his boots and gives a classic, laid-back look that never goes out of style. The quality is exactly what you expect from Levi’s—durable, well-stitched, and made with high-quality denim that holds up through daily wear. The fabric is soft but strong, with just a little stretch that allows for movement without feeling too stiff or baggy. My son is very active, and these jeans provide both comfort and durability.Another thing I appreciate is that they keep their shape after multiple washes—no fading, shrinking, or stretching out. The waist fits comfortably and stays in place without needing a belt, which is a huge plus for him. The length is also just right, sitting well over his boots without dragging. If you're looking for a great pair of stylish and long-lasting bootcut jeans for your son, I highly recommend these! I’ll definitely be purchasing more for him in different washes."

They are too long
I like them a lot, they are comfortable. Only issue is the length is pretty long. I'm 6'2 and got the 38x32, the waist is perfect but think I should have gotten the 38x30? But I've read reviews similar and they have returned for the 30L and say that they are way too short. But all in all I'm happy with purchase so far

Comfortable
These are nice jeans. Bought them for my son to wear for welding class. Held up nicely. He could move and bend down with comfort.

IMPORTANT NOTICE. Update
The seems are not straight at all for starters. Edges and hemming is really rough, unraveling, loose, and its very obvious someone was having tension and stitch length issues on their sewing machines. The stitch patterns and tension you can look and see where it is way tight/uneven. Also noticeable where the person sewing them hesitated and didn't do a very good job back stitching.I have not washed them because I am afraid that the seems and stitching will come apart. I sew with either vintage clutch motor Singer or servo motor Juki industrial sewing machines capable of making these. So I honestly have a very good idea of what it takes to make quality clothing. Chances are whoever made these they could have bern in a hurry because industrial machines are designed for production, speed, and efficiency. If you hesitate or stop or as I said above, do not have a machine set correctly, and are not paying attention you will have a mess that will fall apart. My other guess is these are made by people who are learning which is good.On one occasion the strong odor of the dye in the cloth these are constructed from stinks like a combination of rotten fish oil, petroleum solvent or shoe polish, burned microwave popcorn with a musty smell that is so horrible I don't want them in my home. I know that it is not uncommon to get cloth that can smell depending upon what it is treated with or what starches were used. However I would never allow cloth that smells this bad near myself or any of my sewing machines because I would be afraid of getting sick or not being able to ever get the smell out.I usually don't write such a negative review yet I just hope that nobody else gets something of such inferior quality. I shouldn't have to wash the rotten odor off my hands with automotive hand cleaner after touching these that is a sure sign we have something possibly toxic in the cloth which could be dangerous to myself and do I really want to risk my washing machine and dryer stinking or possibly releasing toxic fumes making me or a pet sick I don't think so.Hopefully the seller will replace these or refund me so that I can give a positive review. I cannot tell you how they fit because I am not going to put these against my skin. Here is what is strange according to my tape measure they are surprisingly sized very well and should fit nicely im really hoping that I can get this taken care of. If anyone reads this and you notice any of what I mentioned above please report it.Seller replaced the previous purchase and they get a 5 star rating.Update. I have purchased 5 pair of 34x34 and they were all just fine. Sizing they are actually pretty good. They are not as heavy duty as the 100% cotton 517 or 501 not even close. Take a stitch cutter and cut a pair of wore out ones up you will see what I mean. These are made fast and they are not heavy duty. Thread and material wise for what they are I cannot complain. They wash and dry really nice. I recommend them if you cannot afford their high grade.

Initial impressions - Nice!
I've been putting off buying a new pair of jeans for years now. I have never had good luck finding jeans that fit that also look decent. Since I wear Adidas GSG-9s or work boots as my daily footwear, I need bootcut jeans. I've been rotating the same 4 pairs of 527s that I bought over 20 years ago along with various pairs of cargo pants (etc), and they've held up remarkably well, but are all pretty faded and in various states of degradation. I had tried purchasing new a pair of 527s about 7 years ago but they turned out to be counterfeit - I got my money back and decided to buy some tacticool pants instead.Sorry for the long intro, but these are great. Though I'm used to the low-rise cut of 527s, these aren't the navel-huggers that I'd worry they'd be. Gen-X reporting in, and yes, I wear my pants a little lower than I probably should for a man my age - I don't sag them, I just don't enjoy the feeling of things wedged in my buttocks. I haven't washed them but the fit is about perfect, the color is spot on what I was expecting from the pictures, and the quality seems very very good for a pair a jeans that only cost $28 in 2024. I will upate this review after I've had a chance to wear them a few times. So far so good though. I have a pair of real 527s arriving direct from Levi's today so I'll be able to compare them and will add that info to my update as well.
