Q: How many pieces of acrylic plexiglass will this cut before the blade is too dull to use again? I used it once as a test (about a 24 inch cut) already

We use it on a regular basis, every working day since we got it (around the beginning of march), many cuts throughout the day (from 10 to 100 each day) and the blade is still working perfectly. We're actually very pleased with it

Q: Are the blades replaceable?

No. Blade is riveted to handle.

Q: It says scoring. Does it actually cut through thick acrylic sheet?

It does a slight cut then you can break it works really well on plexiglas
