Tastes amazing
Genuinely the best tasting pre-workout I've ever had, and by a MILE. Smells great and wasn't too expensive. I'm not a regular caffeine drinker and this doesn't really have that "kick" that other pre-workouts have, and I think that's a good thing. You can definitely feel the energy when you're working out so I have 0 complaints. Also, the fact that is has 3.4g of creatine in it is amazing. Once you've either loaded or been on creatine for a month, 3.4g will sustain the benefits. You don't need to be taking more unless you're significantly bigger than the average person.

Does its job as a pre workout shake (& tastes great too)
So I've tried a few flavours of gold standards pre workout and this is certainly in my top, parallel to having the blueberry flavour. Tastes like apple, not too sweet and doesn't leave an aftertaste. As for the energy, its certainly made a difference with my performance in the gym. I find that I can run for longer without feeling fatigued and helps to burn more calories so I can achieve my results faster. Exactly as intended.Certainly value for money if you grab this amongst others on sale, a no brainer for me.

Good flavours
Very nice taste and smells normal. The serving size is also alright. Only negative is you have to use a shaker because it's quite hard to break down and sometimes leaves clumps of undisolved preworkout. Overall worth the money.

Meh! 3/5
I’ve read the reviews and thought I’d try it. I’ll be honest, it doesn’t do much for me apart from it tasting good. My friends suggested other ones which I’ll now go and try. If you have low caffeine tolerance, this maybe for you. I drink coffee and two cups of tea during the day, so my tolerance shouldn’t by that much high. God knows. I don’t get the ‘shakes’ from the pre workout. Back to the drawing board.

Best one yet!
I took one proper scoop of this pre-workout, and within 15 minutes, I could hear colors and see my ancestors cheering me on. My legs started bouncing like I had just guzzled five energy drinks, and suddenly, I needed to hit the gym like my life depended on it. Keep in mind, this was my first ever pre workout so I wasn’t used to the caffeine or any of the good stuff in it.By the time I got to the squat rack, I was vibrating at a different frequency. My usual 10 reps turned into 20, and I had to be physically removed from the gym (kidding)Side effects? Mild tingles, an uncontrollable urge to lift heavy things, and the ability to bench press my life problems. 10/10 would recommend—just maybe don’t take it before bedtime unless you enjoy staring at the ceiling with existential dread.
