very bad quality lock. I locked my spare house key inside, someone smashed the front panel with a brick. You can see from the photo that the front panel is actually very thin. Now i have to spend more than 100 to replace the door lock. Don't get it!!!!

I found this hard to open and I am mechanical guy. It may fit 5 keys if you have absolutely no rings or tags on the keys but I have trouble getting the door closed with 2 keys with tags and rings. After seeing the neighboring restaurant using the same lockbox and getting their keys stolen (see photos) I will only use this lockbox in an area where there are security cameras. I think with a sharp crowbar you can get the keys out easily. Not that safe and I will be shopping around for a safer lockbox.

As a realtor, I've used pretty much every conventional lockbox type there is. This one is okay....not the worse, not the best. A couple of things to note which lead to my 2/5 star review:1. THE PACKAGING IS TERRIBLE. VERY HARD TO GET LOCKBOX OFF OF THE PACKAGING!This lockbox is extremely secured to the hard plastic packaging, by use of industrial type zip ties. And the zip ties are so tight on the lockbox and packaging that you will need very small scissors (think eyebrow hair scissors size) or an exacto knife - and they will have to be very sharp. I had to use special scissors geared for personal grooming like eyebrow hairs, to cut off the zip ties on this packaging. And it ruined my scissors. Regular scissors of any kind will NOT be able to cut the zip ties that are holding this lockbox to the packaging because the tips of regular scissors are too wide. Ridiculous. Who working at MasterLock came up with this terrible packaging design?!2. COMBINATION CODE MISLEADINGAs a couple of others have noted, the combination code is not as secure because any combination code you set, those numbers chosen can be scrambled in any way to open the lockbox. For instance, if the code is 1-2-3-4 on most lockboxes you have to enter the numbers exactly as 1-2-3-4. But for this lockbox, any combination using 1234 could work: 1234, 2134, 3124, 4123, 3412 etc etc you get the point. So it's not really as secure: lockboxes should have only one code to open it, not multiple codes!

Depth states 25mm in the pictures but it's actually 10mm due to the keypad mechanism. Can't fit either of my car key fobs inside as planned.
