Best customer service I have ever had.
When I originally received this item it had some issues and I wrote a negative review. However, since then the company has done everything possible to correct the problem. Contacting me ever few days. I have never had a company follow up so completely.I would highly recommend this bird cage. My birds love it and it is very good looking.

Very pretty and easy to clean, but I ended up having to zip tie the top to the body because the pieces do not fit together properly. If I could have found a similar shape and size cage somewhere else at the time I would have bought it instead, even if it was significantly more expensive.
