My 8 year old original Supports were less noisy that these
I needed to replace the element in my Cabrio dryer and since I needed to pull out the drum I decided to perform a little preventative maintenance and replace the support rollers that were 8 years old. After reassembling the dryer it is louder with more wheel noise than it was before I changed the supports. I guess I'll be buying OEM Whirlpool and changing these out shortly. Very cheap quality on these.

I chose this kit over others for no particular reason but I am glad I did. I received it one day earlier than was scheduled and it was like 4 days after ordering. All the parts look to be of good quality. The only downfall is that there is no kind of instructions that come with it so it is a little flying in the dark and hoping the youtube video is the right one.We got it up and going fairly quickly and it is running smoothly as ever.Thanks

Perfect OEM rebuild / replacement

Only lasted 10 Months...
The kit was as described, and installation wasn't difficult. However, I replaced the original in February with this part. Ten short months later, my dryer starts making a TERRIBLE screeching sound. This time, I had the repairman come, as the next repair seemed a bit more entailed. The repairman found the pulley to be very worn. A product that lasts less than a year is not worth the purchase.
