VamooshPet Hair Dissolver 3x100g (1 Box) Up to 3 Washes

I recently adopted a 3rd kitty when a kitten was left on my porch. Cat hair was already an issue but is even more so now. Bought this in hopes it would help and it absolutely does. Now it does not get rid of every single hair but the difference is worth every penny when paired with dryer sheets that are also for pet hair.

This product does NOT work for me. I have six animals. I have 5 cats and a large dog. I got these for my dogs blankets because she sheds the worst. I tried using these according to the directions but the powder stopped up where my detergent goes. I tried giving it another chance by putting it directly in the washing machine. I haven't seen much of a difference. I'm not going to continue buying this product.

I had such high hopes for this for my Front Loading washer - we have 7 dogs ranging from course rottie/lab as well as red heeler hair to fine lhasa apso, cocker spaniel and poodle hair, 4 cats, a giant rabbit and 4 guinea pigs. Obviously with all different types of hair and lengths. I found it via TikTok from someone who had similar dogs with similar hair - it either worked for them or they dont have as much hair as we do!We shake out everything outside before putting it in the washer and the dogs get bathed and brushed regularly. But still, so.much.hair was left in the drum and the rubber seal around the front. It seemed to not make a dent even in the normal amount. Used the hottest setting as required and followed directions to the T on just one blanket of theirs - nada. I even make sure to clean the gasket and shake really well to give it a fair shot.Had two packets left over and it said you could use it to clean after as well and two packets are recommended so I figured why not - lets try it. Nada. Same amount of hair as normal. Wasted 15 bucks but hopefully you wont after reading my review.

With two pups the dog hair is CRAZY and with our new washer & dryer i just couldn't get the dog hair off of the rubber around the opening, this worked perfectly!

As long as you follow the directions (which includes using your hottest water settings, obviously not possible on all types of fabric) this does a decent job. We have some animals that leave behind a LOT of fur and while it doesn’t get rid of 100% of it, it definitely leaves the washer gasket less full of it than before.I also find for items you can’t use the hottest water in, that using this after in a self clean cycle does a wonderful job of removing much hair.It does a better job and is much less hassle than “hair catcher” style products which are just as much of a pain to clean themselves than using nothing and cleaning the washer.I think if we had slightly less shedding to deal with (and/or fewer pets) that this could be a 5-star product but I just can’t know for sure.Try it as a washer cleaner after the fact (or in combination with using it in the wash) and it may boost performance for you!Pet hair mess is something we have to deal with for our beloved furry friends - and while this doesn’t 100% eliminate the problem it does better than anything else we’ve tried - and I think we have tried everything!

I have a 6 y/o lab and dog hair everywhere on everything all the time.I used this powder based product as directed on a couple blankets we use in the living room. I was them every few weeks to keep the hair and odor at bay.Honestly, I’m not sure if it worked? It’s so hard to tell because there was just about the same amount of hair as there is when I wash it normally.I’ll try the other packets, but it’s not a cost effective hair removal method for my budget if I have to use multiple packs for each wash.

I didn't really think this was going to deliver as it says on the box. If you follow the directions, this stuff works! I tested it on bedding and blankets and a batch of clothing that was covered in dog hair. You know how kids hug on dogs and just come back covered? That level of hair on the clothes. Took everything off the clothes! Bedding and blankets could have been better if I had followed the directions and used 2 packs as advised. Only down side is there are 3 packs per box and if you're doing more than one heavily coated loads, that isn't enough to fully work. My washer was fur free as well after each load.

I bought this on a lark just to see what it does. Wow! Was I surprised!I washed one pet blanket, a medium sized bed and a towel. I have 3 long haired cats so, there is ALWAYS fur on things. All I had to do is put two packets in the washer and set it to a large, hot setting. There was no hair on the blanket or the bed. The towel had more issues because the hair wrapped around the fibers, but it was bad at all.The bed looked brand new.VERY RECOMMENDED!!!
