These are delicious, we keep lots of electrolyte options on hand and I always find myself reaching for these. They are a little difficult to get everything to dissolve, but I just find by the time I get to the bottom if I haven’t continued to stir it’s a bit more concentrated, but it’s never once been a bother. I do with that they were a bit lower price point, but overall still worth it to me. There’s no unpleasant odors, just smells like blue raspberry. These are perfect to stay hydrated.

I love it! It gives me a sense of hydration that plain water no longer gives me as an exclusive breastfeeding mama. It does not dissolve well so I mix it with a small amount of water in a bottle and shake it to break it up before adding it to my hydroflask then adding the rest of my water. It tastes amazing & I always get the blue raspberry flavor

Love it.Tastes delicious, gets me to drink more water with breastfeeding! I feel hydrated that’s for sure. It is definitely high quality- mixing well and easily in the water. I never get clumps or granules while I’m drinking. Though it’s a bit more than I’d like to spend, I’m getting it for the first few months of postpartum as a treat/ help keep up with liquid intake!

The blue raspberry is great flavor, the strawberry kiwi on the other hand is HORRIBLE. I couldn’t even drink them. Honestly I’ve just been drinking the blue raz for the flavor at this point. Not noticing any difference with hydration in milk supply sense or energy sense.

I usually don’t leave reviews. But maybe this will help someone who is similar to me. I really wanted to like this but unfortunately it has 6 grams of added cane sugar in it (first ingredient too) which made me crash. I should have paid more attention to that. But I didn’t get any of the energy benefits it was suppose to give. If your someone like me you doesn’t drink or eat much added sugar I'd recommend trying something else.

I absolutely love these electrolyte sticks!! the flavor and smell is delicious and it helps me stay hydrated when breastfeeding. It can be hard to mix so I learned putting it in before water then shaking well helps blend it better otherwise it can be a grainy texture. I will continue to repurchase these

I was not a fan of the flavor even after altering the water amounts from 16oz to 12oz. Since I cannot return it I’ll finish it but I will not purchase again. I was really hoping it would work for me.

So delicious, Literally the first & only thing that gets me going in the morning along with miso broth! If you’re having bad nausea & fatigue throughout your first trimester I highly recommend this product! The blueberry lemonade flavor also taste just like a bombsicle.
