Fun for cats
The cats were very shy at first. But once they got used to it, they just love playing with it!

My 11 yr old kitten loves this thing!! He had its predecessor but it got lost in a move. He got this for Christmas and he LOVES IT! He likes that this sits in one spot - he ignores toys that move across the floor. And the motion activation is awesome! In his opinion, I didn’t remember to turn his last one on nearly enough. GET IT!!

Kitty loves it, quiet,
The media could not be loaded. My cat came up to it right away and had fun playing with it. Only concern is that it moves pretty fast. I wish there was a setting where you can choose between different speed

Moves too quickly!
I have two 10-month old kittens and the butterfly in this moved too quickly for them to catch, so they got frustrated and just watched it. I returned it.

Recommend for high energy cats
This was a hit with my more energetic cat. The battery lasted a good while. My cats are picky about what they'll play with, so it was worth the money for me.

One of my cat’s favorites!
Hèrmes is definitely the hardest cat in the house to please. He’s a bit snobby and spoiled now but he deserves every minute of it bc he came from a horribly abusive home then bounced around shelters got beaten up every day and moved from foster parents to foster parents. Until I heard about him. He’s absolutely adorable, stunning, with huge blue eyes and the tiniest pink nose w a thin black outline, he’s tiny with the shortest legs ever and weighs 3.5 pounds ( mini Himalayan Persian to a T ) so I’m definitely overcompensating for his former abuse ..anyway we found the original version of this a few years ago and he enjoyed it so much he broke it and we couldn’t find another one that was to replace it, until last Christmas I saw it on Amazon and we were all so happy to be reunited with his favorite toy from the past that’s been ungraded, and if Hèrmes approves, 99.9% of all cats will. ( He’s so picky, lol ) on a lighter note, every day he’s healing more and more and becomes more comfortable being a cat and that makes us unbelievably proud and happy
