I have two and find it blocks most everything. Two are better than one. I'm using dark green and that works good for me

Sure, cut it long enough so you can fold the excess over to create a hem. Then secure the hem to the fence w staples

Yes you can!! T-posts and 8 foot poles Pound the T-post in the ground get a tall 8 ft pole and zip tie it to the T-post. Pound it in the ground first.
