The instructions could be better, but can be understood after a little study, and customer help is very good and respond quickly. Accurate to within 5 meters on GPS. Not so accurate on WI FI. I use a radio tracker for pinpoint finding when within range of a few meters. This has helped recover a device which had been jettisoned by my tomcat. He decided that having a tag "like a criminal" was not good for his street cred.

We bought this tracker for our cat as she was going outside for the first time.The first few weeks were ok, not great but ok. She has got used to the weight of the device (she's a small cat) and was happily outside. The problems I had were that it would randomly say the cat is a mile down the road when she was in our garden Or I'd be sitting with her in the house and get an alert saying that she had left the geo-fence (the area you input into the app that you're happy for her to wander around. This would happen once or twice a day. The rest of the time it would say she's in the vicinity of the house (it will never give you a pinpoint so don't expect huge levels of accuracy).At first, I thought that once or twice a day isn't a bad thing however my mind was fast-forwarded to a time that I would need to rely on it and that's what makes me worry. If she's locked in a garage next door and the device is saying she's a mile away then it defeats the point of having the tracker.Added to this, as of now, it's stopped working over the last 3 days. I've contacted Ubeeque however they have yet to respond - you'll note that there is no phone number on their website so if you have any issues you'll need to fill out a form and wait for them to contact you. All in all, I don't think this technology is reliable yet and whilst this is a great idea - this isn't the right product if you want to relax. If anything, it will give you more anxiety as you won't know when it's working correctly.

The unit looks great and easy to use...if you have a dog or using it for luggage.This is far too big for any kind of cat.I am waiting for these trackers to reduce in size.

We only had the tracker for a week or so and it was great to see where the cat had been. However, he came home without his collar and so there's no way to find it unless it's discovered by chance. The tracker needs to have the ability to sound some kind of alarm when prompted by the app on your phone, then it would be fantastic. I now have to buy another tracker. At £35 per pop, it's just a waste of money to me. Also, I've paid up front for 2 years connection fee, which wasn't clear when I bought the tracker.

The cats location keeps jumping to miles away and then back to our street. The GPS location is unfortunately not narrow enough to see more than the general area the cat may be in - basically it can show you what block the cat is in, but not what garden or street. The unit itself is quite big and heavy for what it is.

It’s isn’t to hard to use,the accuracy is first class put the battery life is incorrect. They say it’s last a month put only last a week,overall am happy with it

Arrived on time, worked somehow for a day and then stopped giving a message of offline. Support line suggests what’s in the manual which is just to restart the device. Poor documentation, poor app, poor everything

Came well before it was expected. Battery life seems good took it out with me before letting my cat out with it to make sure it is working. So today’s the day we will let her out with it on as all seems good. Location does keep jumping around a bit but understand it doesn’t work well inside.Just moved to a new place and want to keep track where she is if she doesn’t come back for a while. This will be a temporary use
