Bad odor
After following the microwave instructions, the smell left my house smelling really bad. I could not eat it due to the bad odor.

Healthier to eat!
Grew up eating lots of rice. Was doing some research on a healthier version to eat and came across this one recommended from a healthy expert. Once you add your own flavor, it’s very good.

Keeps you full but stinks of fish and texture of half-solid jelly
Bought this from Holland and Barrett, once you open the packet it will release the stench of fishWashing it 2 to 3 times helps with the smell, but the texture is odd. It's between jelly and slightly solidified thanks to the slight oat mix.It settles oddly on the stomach and can turn you a bit so I would recommend half a pack as a side dish and then have something else with it at dinner time.Also, you need to keep drinking water even though this comes in water already. It will take away more water from your body. Add another 500ml per portion you eat of this stuff.Otherwise it keeps you full surprisingly, and takes a while for me to digest personally having eaten the entire thing for dinner.Someone else trying this might feel different though.

Not what I expected. The rice looked like some ground plastic and never gets done when preparing. I trashed the rest. My money lost!😡

the package says the product will have a 'faint odor' upon opening.... well... this is an UNDERSTATEMENT.... once i opened the packet i was hit by a strong fish STINKY smell... However, just as noted on the product, rinsing it under cold water got rid of the smell. Besides that the product is really nice. Has hardly any flavor so it can be used in a variety of ways and gives me the sensation of eating actual rice (i am on a no-carb diet)... I will buy it again but i wish it was available in stores. It is not really cost effective or practical to use long term.

I only eat one out of the 5 pack, I didn’t like it all. It wasn’t good at all, the remaining 4 is just useless
