This is the best seller. This is the best phone - this is my best purchase this year.

The phone battery is totally damaged. It is draining in front of my eyes, I fully charged the phone and in less than 20m 15% of the battery was gone. The items was dirty also. I received a black item when I paid more for the green one... It is a shame this is catalogued as "Excelent Condition" under the Amazon renewed program. It will be extremely difficult to trust on this program as it is evident Amazon does not pass any quality control on these devices. Now I got to take the time for printing the return label and go to the post office. Hope this helps....

This refurbished smartphone worked well for about 3 months. Then it started to overheat for no reason, even when I wasn't using it. It was restarting successively many times, every day. It became almost unusable. Also the seller - BossDeal™ make it very difficult for me to return this faulty smartphone. I had to make a complaint to Amazon who helped me to return the faulty smartphone. The Amazon policy says if you bought a faulty product, the seller has to pay the fee for returning the item. Well, this seller did not do it. In the future I will avoid this seller - BossDeal™ !

First time I have bought a refurbished phone from Amazon. I must admit I was slightly sceptical but when the phone arrived it looked like new and has performed very well. Definitely would recommend.

I bought this last month it was fine for a while then I started noticing the fast battery drain it turned out the Amazon repair team replaced the stock battery with some third party battery which is also a lesser capacity one. The original battery was 4080 but the one they put inside is 4000 but I am only getting 2900 mah out of it. The stad back time is terrible. If any one planning to buy this above 200 pounds please walk away.if u could find this for 150 or something you can spend little more to replace the battery and then you will be fine. There is nothing wrong with the phone it's Amazon and the there seller they are doing this.
