Great supplement for health support.

I was specifically looking for shilajit, but the combination with Calcium is a bonus as I am taking it. The person who recommended taking it has plenty of experience and suggested that the Altai shilajit is excellent. As an after-injury maintenance. I cannot recommend it until I have taken it regularly for at least 2 weeks, but I am hopeful.

This Calcium supplement contains 500 mg of Calcium per two pills plus Vitamin D3 6 mcg (which is equal to 240 IU) and Vitamin K2 9 mcg. I was impressed that this supplement contained both D3 and K2 which are needed to transport calcium into the bones. However, the dose of K2 is much lower than the recommended 50 - 200 mcg that should be taken with D3. The supplement also contains Shilajit 74 mg. I have heard of this supplement before but I've never tried it before. Shilajit claims to have a lot of benefits but from what I've read the dose for two pills is low. I was a little uncertain about a product made in Russia but when I looked up the company under its name "Siberian Green" I was impressed by their certifications for high standards and quality control. The pills themselves are small and easy to shallow. I don't notice any flavor when I take them. I think this seems like a good company but I gave the product four stars because I don't think these are the right doses for me.
