Great Customer Service from the company!
Easy to use, very easy to put in and out of pool. I did have one that would not hold air. I contacted the company and they sent me a form to fill out. I sent them the form, receipt, and picture of one that was not working. The emailed my right away with a tracking number and are sending me a replacement ring. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!. As someone who has back issues, the large solar blanket that I have it too hard to get in/out for me on my own. With the rings I can do it all on my own, with similar results. Yes they are a little pricey, but well worth it. The full solar blankets are not cheap either, and I have to replace mine every two years.

Extremely difficult to inflate
They don’t inflate properly and won’t lay flat. They lose air quickly and blow away constantly. Way over priced for what you get. Cheap materials. 3 are not enough for an inground pool but too expensive to buy more to just fly away. Would not purchase again.

It’s hard to know how effective these work. There doesn’t seem to be any special materials used. They are basically inflatable disks. Mine don’t sit very flush to the water. The sides bend up a little (photo).I am using them anyway and will see how well they work, I guess.

Pool spots
They are easy to inflate and use. Much easier than a large sun sheet. Value and quality is good.

Excellent quality that works
Must use a bicycle or other air pump. I was expecting they would help keep warm pool water that was warmed by the has pool heater from dissipating but was very impressed how they actually ARE able to capture heat and raise the pool temp even with pool heater off. I have about 70% of the surface covered and May purchase another 3 rings.

Waste of money, only heats top of water just under float

they fold in half when its windy
They fold in half when its windy, and its windy all the time, then they float on top of each other and I can't see where they do any good at all. Will not buy again, I hope they are returnable, a waste of money!

Saves $$ on utility bill
These work better than I expected! (although the cat hates them-see photo!) We are in coastal Los Angeles, so not in a hot area, and have a pretty small pool and it would usually stay about 81 degrees without heating. These will heat the pool once the sun shines directly onto them to about 86, which means no heating is necessary! It is a bit tricky to get the magnets to all hookup, but I have found if you just toss them in, they eventually find each other's magnets. I also am hoping that this keeps the water evaporation down since we are trying to save water. I originally bought 6 and then 3 more in order to cover the hot tub portion and have one spare.
