Another Cool Tenyo Puzzle
I just love Stitch. If I were told I had to describe my personality using Disney Characters, Stitch would be one of them. After my Stitch-like elements it gets more complicated...am I more part Tigger then part Merida? I'm not sure, but they're both definitely in there too, but Stitch is one of my favorites because he gets things about me neither of them could, and that's why I ordered this puzzle. That and puzzles are a great middle ground thing to do with two of my beloved family members right now, who sometimes get a little worn out on me trying to drag them out on walks in the neighborhood. Because I really like to be out and moving, and they don't enjoy that as much, and I love them and want to spend time with them, but don't want to just sit and stare at the TV.So this is a Tenyo acrylic puzzle that we put together in small spurts throughout the week. This shipped from Japan, so be prepared it could take a few weeks to get to you, depending on where you live. Because it's acrylic, there's no dust...yippee! It's an allergy sufferer's response all the way on that one. All the pieces were present on this puzzle. One of the cool things about it being acrylic and smaller is that it holds together well without me having to glue it. So I can display this for a while, soak in the memories or whatever, and when and if I decide to donate it (because I do try really hard to keep a one item in, one item out policy for my own personal stuff anyways) I can take it apart and someone else can get to enjoy it.I also like that the size allows me to assemble it in a rectangular cake pan. What the heck, you say? Yah, it makes it easy for us to work on it when we're all together as a family, because our son thinks the pieces look like an awesome snack food, and I can put it up on a shelf easily this way when I need to work with him, help him, chase him down as he's trying to run off with my Kleenex, etc. He likes to do that.I do think it's cool Tenyo puts a piece replacement card in these, but like with most of their other puzzles, this one wasn't labeled as to the piece numbering, and it's written in kanji. I think having a piece numbering diagram like they do on some of the cards for all of the puzzles would make these much more user friendly, and I think having more of the instructions in English really would be awesome as well.Like their Minnie Mouse puzzle, this one has it's more challenging moments, but not too difficult. Which I absolutely loved, but not so much the other members of our family. When we got to the border, my husband said “Oh, now the fun part is over.” And might have mumbled something about the misery beginning. Something to that effect anyways ;) The border is the most challenging part on these, which is why I used the same strategy for this puzzle as I did for the Minnie, which was to do the inside first and then place the border. But you are welcome to use whatever strategy you want. This was a very cool puzzle I thought, and in my life right now, it's the small moments I hold onto and enjoy to the max, because it's what I've got to work with, so I soak it in for all it's worth. And I think this is a puzzle definitely worth your time and money if puzzles are your thing.Edit: I forgot to mention for those with arthritis or fine motor challenges, these are very small pieces both when it comes to thickness and overall size, none of the pieces are bigger then half an inch, so this is something to be aware of...

Was disappointing
Was much smaller and not as good a quality as I expected especially considering the cost of it
