KAISH 13 Hole P Bass Style Pickguard PB Scratch Plate Bass Pickguard for USA/Mexico Precision P Bass Black 3 Ply

I got this black pick-guard to swap out a bright orange pick-guard on this used Made in Mexico Fender Standard Precision Bass I bought. It's not a perfect fit, but the price makes it close enough for rock -n- roll! It tapers too much at the jack end, and there is about a 1/16th inch gap that's not covering the cutout. It's only noticeable if you know it's there. The holes line up close enough to screw in the screws. It comes with a packet of mounting screws, but I just used the old ones to have a new baggy of screws if I ever need some spares. The volume and tone holes are big enough for USA spec potentiometers. The pickup cut outs fit perfectly over the pickups with enough of a gap for easy pickup height adjustments. Overall, it's great for an inexpensive color swap, and looks nice. Now I have a sweet classic punk rock Sid Vicious black on white look, and it's Frankenstein approved!

Seems to be well made except for the fact that all the holes are off. The pickup holes are off to the side by at least a half inch. Some of the other holes are off by just a little. One hole is so off its at least an inch away. Had to take a dremmel to it to get it to fit. Looks ok when it's on there. Not worth the hassle to return. Buyer beware.

Everything lined up perfectly, but the space between the fretboard and the pickups were too big so I had to sand it with a dremel tool. Other than needing to adjust its sizing to my bass, it looks fire and arrived in good condition🙌

Everything lines up well and there are no issues with fitment.

Very good value well made clear plastic thick pickguard was used on old hondo p bass copy but was made more for fender or squier so this is on me not the seller for the price I paid I kept it anyway and use it in future

Fits on my Squier CV 70’s P bass with no modification. Some of the screw holes are a little off center but work fine. Also looks great!

I purchased this for my Squire P-bass. I saw that it was hit or miss with the reviews I read. The big issue for me was around the pickups. I didn't want to return and chance it on another pickup guard with the same issue so I used a metal file and Dremel to correct the fitment. After getting it to fit, it did make my black with white pickguard bass look 10 times better with this black pickguard. But again, it may or may not be an exact fit for your bass.
