This was given as a gift for a pre-teen. She loved it and the colors. She painted her nails that evening and loved the "color changing" properties of the polish.

I bought these as a gift from my great-niece and her face lit up when she opened them. She absolutely loves them!

We bought this for my 6 yr old who wanted color changing nail polish. The bottle are small but it did the job. The color changes but not drastically. Enough for her to notice and be happy! it does not last more than a few days and starts to flake off. For some people that may be an issue but for my it was fine because she only wears it for a day or two and we take it off anyway.

These polishes are awful; you would find better at the dollar store. The polishes do not change colors and they are terrible quality. They are more like toddler nail polish in their consistency. I wish I never would have wasted my money.

The media could not be loaded. I'm not a girl, but I thought the color change effect would be fun, and the price seemed fair to me. Before I describe my experiments with color, let me say one or two coats of the polish chipped very easily but was also somehow extremely resistant to nail polish remover. I found that applying the polish quite thickly increased its durability, and I was able to remove it if I took my time.When I received the polish, I painted each nail a different color to try the color changing effect. The package does not say how long it should take the color to change - only that it works best after applying more than one coat - so I soaked my nails in bowls of iced and hot water for 45 seconds. Strangely, I noticed no difference at all between the cold and hot hands. I decided to wear just the green polish for the week, and one morning at work, I noticed the polish had become dark blue. When I ran my blue nails under warm water, it instantly turned light green. Over the next few days, I observed if I was working sitting down, my nails would likely be blue, and if I was walking around (vaccuuming, working outside, etc.) they would be green, so I hypothesized my body heat had more of an effect on the color of the nails than the ambient temperature. When I performed a final experiment with all five colors thickly-applied, the pink, purple and green polishes changed color almost immediately under warm water, while I never got the yellow or blue polishes to show a definite difference.If you're buying this for a child, I hope my experiences will help you direct them how to use the polishes in order to avoid disappointment. Maybe conduct experiments, like I did!

This nail polish is so fun for kids and it dries quickly! It’s a great product. Highly recommend!

I got the polish as a gift for my granddaughter graduating from 5th grade. The paints are age appropriate and approved by her Mom. She’s still a little girl, but inching closer to her early teenage years. This is a nice gift for children of her age (11-12). Support our girls and help each one to grow up naturally and slowly! 👍

Nice colors except the green is very transparent … my little one was excited to try out color changing nail polish we ran warm water on her polished nails and even went out to check if they change with sunlight. They didn’t color change at all I’m very disappointed but my little one is still enjoying the new polish
