Ignore the negative reviews and try it. This dishwasher really works great.
The media could not be loaded. I was thinking after reading the negative reviews about this dishwasher, but I still decided to buy it, and it was a good decision. It arrived with 2 layers of protection very carefully, maybe the company learned from the reviews of dishwashers that were damaged when received during shipping.I also ordered a new Kitchen Faucet and a 8ft Fill and Drain Hose Kit. It's great, I don't have to move the dishwasher anymore. It works great and cleans dishes, I hope it lasts long time and doesn't break down soon. I wish my kitchen to big enough to buy a 24 inch dishwasher ... but I'm still very happy and I would recommend this dishwasher.

It's working nicely
The only complaint that I have is that the bottom rack is difficult to load because of the location of the silverware basket. I am still trying to work with it, but it would be a better design to have the silverware basket were in the front (horizontally) rather in the middle and in the back (vertically). it makes it difficult for anything other than plates and small bowls to fit

Junk badly designed
This will not hold half the 8 place setting they say it will. Customer service is really really bad. You are responsible for return shipping. Bad bad product

Not bad Not great
not a bad lil dishwasher sounds like it wants to die when u first start it but works well if u do dishes daily and you have a house of 2-3 people this is a great option compared to scrubbing them by hand
