I think it is a one size fits all. It has a lot of adjustabilty through multiple adjusting straps. I wear xl shirts normally. I wear this vest in a tshirt and it adjusts fine. I wore it with warm clothes and a coat in Alaska and it fit equally well because of all the adjustability.

Q: Do the accessories come with it

I received just the vest. There were not any accessories or fishing tackle along with the vest.

Q: The zipper broke today the first time I ever use this I’m completely disappointed

Send it back. The zipper is the only think about this vest that I think needs improving. A beefier zipper would fit the bill. I usually fish with the zipper open anyway so it wasn't a factor for me. What I liked most about the vest is the added D rings. Good Luck.
