Coleman will try to get out of warrenties if they can.
The seller provides no support, not even for a single day. In the event of a failure, returning the product to either the Seller or Amazon is not an option. Instead, you are required to reach out directly to Coleman. However, this might prove challenging. A quick online search reveals the numerous lawsuits Coleman is facing regarding warranty claims.

LOUD!!! Mid-Bed vibrates now.
I have a restored 1963 Airstream, but the “ducted” (I use that term loosely as the ducting with a DIY job and not at all efficient as the “ducts” were at the floor) AC, a modified PTAC unit, was on its last leg. I didn’t have the time or money to create a new custom ducted solution so I thought I’d try a roof unit. Dear God…this thing is LOUD!!!!!! My renter texted me that night and said “Can I use the other AC at night because I can’t sleep with the noise. It vibrates the bed, too!) This was a super expensive mistake on my part. If you have a small trailer or an Airstream with lower ceilings…figure out a ducted solution or you’ll be dealing with 70+ decibles of misery. Does it cool? Yes, it does. But, what does being cool mean if you’re sleep deprived?
