Q: How hard is the transformation process into Destroy mode? Does it require any disassembly?

The process doesn't require a great deal of disassembly to accomplish. It is recommended that you separate the kit at the waist(it has a significantly weaker waist joint to make this easy), and it is also recommended that you separate the skirt armour and head(again, the ball-joints are designed to be removed, so this is easily accomplished without breaking anything), however you can transform the kit to and from DESTROY mode easily without any disassembly. Additionally, it requires no part swapping to transform. The actual process is easy enough, but the manual does a poor job of explaining it. There are several tutorials on YouTube, and I recommend you watch one. It's a bit scary at first, but once you do it a few times you'll get the hang of it.

Q: Is this an official Bandai Kit?

Yes it's the official kit. I would recommend the ova ver. Though because the ver. Ka was know for having a design flaw in the legs and not being as posable.

Q: Does this set come with waterslide decals?

Yes it does. All the red markings shown on the kit are water slide along with a few others on there. If you want to add more water slide decals you can order them from Hobby Search, they have an entire section devoted to water slide decals: https://www.1999.co.jp/eng/list/1053/0/1
