I don't know exactly what you mean by raw, but it is 100@ coconut milk in a box without anything else. Parts of it are solid, the rest is liquid. If heated, it quickly becomes a creamy liquid consistency.

Q: Is it thick like what you would get in a a can? I want to use it to make Ice cream or have it separate when i refrigerate it.

It is fairly thick, but generally not separated, as the kind in a can usually is. I like the Aroy-D much better than the coconut milk from a can.

Q: New box says 60% coconut milk, not 100% as before. Is the new milk the same creamy, thick consistency as before, or more watery?

The ingredients picture is wrong. The ingredients on the box reads 100% coconut milk, no water.

Q: What kind of water is used? Filtered?

My boxes all show 100% coconut milk.
