Great chair, Greater support.
My first chair had some issue most likely due to mis-handling by the local delivery guys, I raised the issue with the seller and they provided me the option to both return or replace the chair. Since I needed a chair I opted for replacement and the new one came quick, no issue in delivery and the unit is in almost perfect condition.No one would believe it is a used chair, All the functionalities work, the mesh is perfect - no tear or sag, no cracks in the plastic parts.

Brand new looking product and good service.
This chair looks brand new and has no signs of wear and tear. The seller sent the chair next day as I am in Hyderabad. Spoke with Amar form the team and he hepled with quick delivery and followed up on quality and explained the features. Inscape has a variety of chairs. Check with them directly for other models.Note: This is Aeron B size.

Can't tell this is refurbished. Really.
Got this HM Aeron for home use as I use it at my workplace and cannot use any other chair. Frankly, I would not be able to tell this is refurbed if not for the product title. It came perfectly packed in foam sheets in a large cardboard box. There was not a spec of dust on any part of the chair. Assembly was easy as only the back had to be attached using the 4 screws and allen key provided.For those who are familiar with Herman Miller chairs, the chairs themselves are flawless and provide every possible adjustment to make long sitting enjoyable on these.If you have doubts about the fact that these are refurbished, just don't. They're really as good as new.

One of the best sitting experience - Delivered
This product comes in mint condition; nicely packed; and takes 5 mins to assemble. A far outcry from any other chairs on the site... If you are in the market for these types of chairs, where you need to sit for more than 8hrs comfortably (welcome to programmers life) this is it. World-class; and at a reasonable price. Get it..

Cuts in Mesh
The seat mesh had cuts in 2 areas but other than that it looks pretty much new.

The vendor is reliable
I was worried about the vendors authenticity so I even got someone to check out their set up in Hyderabad in person. This isn't a very lavish or formal setup but they are legitimate. Have bought 2 chairs from them and they work absolutely perfectly. Thanks!

Consider Base Model of Aeron (From Amazon or Herman Site) Vs This Refurbished Classic
Good Thing -1. Chair looks as good as new (5/5)2. Easy to assemble (5/5) (Just 2-3 minutes or may be less for faster hands :-) )Not Great :-(1. Chair is not well assembled, as i can feel too much vibration2, Forward lilt just a joke.. no difference between no tilt vs Fwd tilt3. Tilt limiter will take some time to make sense. (2/5)... (Currently I am using used Mirra 2 and its just amazing and easy to use from tilt limiter point of view)3. Arm rest are not fully adjustable.. its just Height and Pivot adjustableDelivery -0/10 -- Received away beyond committed timelinesSuggestion - Go for brand new Mirra 2 (If Aeron out of budget) vs This Refurbished Aeron (54K Vs 85K.)
