Quality is good. Soft foam and comfortable. However size chart is wrong. Ordered size 5 for my foot length of 9 inches. It is too small. Size 5 is shown as foot length 9.2 inches. I actually needed size 6 which is shown as 9.5 inches.

The item is described as "extra soft". But it was not found so. In keeping with the price, the slippers are okay, but hardly useful for painful heels for which it was purchased.

Poor quality. Had a greasy coating which wouldn’t come off even after washing with soap. Slippery to wear, slippery to walk. Poor quality/ scammed.
