Awesome little landing pad!!Deep dive:- Surprisingly portable! Been able to fit it perfectly on top of equipment in my specific case, but even if I had to carry it separately it could just slide right into a backpack.- Feels pretty sturdy. Not sure what the 6 individual cells inside the folds are made out of, but whatever it is feels stronger and heavier than foam or cardboard, but definitely not metal.- There is no way to stake this down on grass or dirt. For my purposes I knew this when purchasing and that was actually a desired plus, as I did not want to carry separate stakes and/or a small hammer to drive them in. The landing pad is heavy enough to where I don't expect it to move on its own unless there is significant wind blowing on it, and in that case I probably won't be flying my drone anyway.- Washes easily. If washing with a water or hose not possible, wet wipes will do.- Color scheme is decent. Dark side for contrast against snow or sand, bright side for contrast against asphalt or grass. You decide which side to use for the situation, and then deploy properly.- Brand is featured prominently. This is the only thing I wish I could change, but I respect their product enough to understand the need to get their name out there . At least they made it small enough to be out of the way!Verdict:Would definitely buy this again... if I ever lose it or get a 2nd drone someday!! Until then, I think this will hold up just fine.

We purchased this to use with our DJI FPV Drone to keep dust and dirt uptake by the drone down, this is recommend by many. The CYNOVA Drone Landing Pad is exactly what it states it is. It is a great looking, two sided landing pad that is extremely light weight, mobile, and easy to use.The product easily folds to 8.5x13x0.5 inches. What I like about this pad is that it folds in all directions, you do not feel compelled to fold exactly one way to keep it nice. It is built to fold any direction which is very handy when you are picking it up with one hand and holding a drone in the other. You can easily stash this under an arm or stash it in a backpack because it is not heavy or oversized.The colors on this landing pad are vibrant, whether you use the gray or the orange side. I do prefer the orange side as it makes it move visible on the ground when landing.Once unfolded, the landing pad sits well in grass, dirt, or cement and provides a more stabilized base for take off and landing of a drone. Because of the built in weight, it sits flat without lifting at the corners or edges.It is also big enough that you do not feel like you are trying to land your drone on a post stamp.Overall, very pleased by this product, would highly recommend it.

This is perfect for my mini 4pro. Launching and landing in the grass is not a problem anymore. It’s a little larger than others I seen but not too big. The build quality is very nice. I like the rubbery texture and it folds up nicely. I didn’t expect the quality and value for the money.

Works great for my dji mini 3. Easy to create a launch pad anywhere and visible enough to see from the sky so you know where to land. Folds up neatly and able to throw it in the hard case with my drone.

I upgraded to this weighted landing pad because the nylon type version was just too light to stay in one place, especially with winds around 10mph or higher. This weighted landing pad will hold its place in winds such as those, however it is prone to "dance" around a bit as your drone comes in for a landing. So it looks like some work is needed in that department. One other benefit of this pad over the nylon version is that it will protect the drone from ground moisture. While the nylon version will permit moisture/rain water to seep through the fibers, this solid platform is also waterproof. For that reason, consider upgrading like I did.

So this landing pad is great and I'd be hesitant to fly without it. I fly an Air 2s and the gimbal/camera is kind close to the ground. I bought this landing pad first, then tried a couple of different types of leg extentions that didn't really pass muster for me. I'm a realitvely new flyer, and I've found it easy so far to return to the landing pad; I suppose if you push the boundaries of your battery, or experience an unexpected premature end of your flight, that the extended landing gear would be a good purchase...I just found them to be awkward...anyhooThe landing pad is a must have for me. It fits easily in my bike panniers, and I can carry it easier than a notebook if needed to walk to any flight area. I could also fit it in my large photography backpack if needed. The foldable pad provides a solid surface to not only launch from, but to fiddle with your equipment if needed; lay your controller and phone down, change ND filters, etc. I like that it's blaze on one side and dark on the other. I bought the largest one if that wasn't indicated in the review, and I would replace it with the largest one if/when I need to, as the realestate is good for doing multiple things while the drone arms are extended.

Work as intended! The square when open is big enough to see from way high or to land a drone (mini 3 pro). Well-made and feels durable. Good size when close for easy storage on a bag. Like also the contrast option of colors for depending on the area and situation. Have good weight so wind will not lift them up and cause a prop damage. When getting this one you will not need another one for a long time.

so it doesn't take up much space in my drone case. very handy to take off & land compared to the ground, dust, gravel alternatives. i use it often and it hasn't cracked. the orange color makes it easy to see.
