Q: What is the thread count?

The masks I ordered are most definitely three layers. The thread count isn’t very high, but the three layers with differing materials are highly breathable and should be effective.

Q: where are these mask made?

Hello. Our Gildan Reusable Adult Tie-On Triple Layer Masks are manufactured in Honduras and Nicaragua with cotton grown in the USA. Thank you.

Q: Which side of the mask be against the face? The cotton or the polyester?

Hello. The mask is constructed with a tightly knit 100% polyester outer layer and 2 inner layers of tightly knit 30/1’s ringspun cotton fabric (against the face). Thank you.

Q: Can this be stretched out so that there isnt pleats to heat press a design on?

Hi. Thank you for reaching out with your question. We do not recommend trying to remove or stretch the pleats from this style, as it will disrupt the fit of the mask. However, we will be launching a new mask soon that is designed for printing.
