I haven't dropped it yet so I cannot say if its sturdy. Give me another week. I haven't checked it for accuracy but its close enough. I look forward to using it for many years.

Received same size glass but with different design. Sturdy, but not as pictured.

Attention, American customers
I had a prior version of this measuring glass that was just great with both Imperial and metric measurements. Unfortunately the glass broke, so I sent away to Amazon for its replacement. Imagine both my surprise and disappointment when the new measuring glass arrived with metric measurements only. Shame on Amazon for not pointing that out in the product description, and shame on me for not noticing this within the one month return period.
