Amazing idea and execution, would recommend!
I've spent years covering paint trays with everything from Saran Wrap to trash bags, whatever I had handy. And while it did the job, it wasn't always perfect. Sometimes air would leak in and the paint would get a film on top. Or the plastic would sag down into the paint and make a mess when you tried to open it again. So I went on the search for a paint pan with a lid. This one looked great, especially because I could put my roller in there as well. I've been using another product to keep my rollers wet in between projects, so this simplified both issues, and was less equipment I have to carry around. I ended up ordering the large pan for my large roller that I use on the walls, and the small pan for my smaller roller that I use on Doors. When I first received my paint pans, I poured the paint and then realized when I went to put the lid on the large pan that there was a crack in the lid. Side note: the lid can be very hard to close. That is the only downside I have found, but I was able to finally get it to close, so I didn't take a star off. The bottom part of the paint pan is flexible, so when you push down on the lid, it's hard to get the leverage you need. I started closing it by snapping the lid down on the end where the roller head was first, then doing the deeper end of the pan where there was more stabilization.Anyway, when I realized there was a crack in the lid, I contacted the company and let them know. I offered to return the whole thing if they wanted me to, but I explained I had already poured paint in the pan so it would be easier if I could just get a new lid. They responded within 24 hours and said they would be sending out a new lid and apologized for the issue. Only the lid on the larger pan was cracked, the smaller pan was perfect, but they actually sent me lids for both of my pans, as well as a little paint Dozer thrown in (which I already have but I love so I will gladly use it).I received the replacements about 3 days after their response. I couldn't ask for any better customer service, and other than the large lid being a little hard to snap down, the product is wonderful. By the way, for some reason the lid on the smaller one snaps down very easily. I only had issues with the larger one but again, it wasn't a big enough issue to take off any stars.TLDR: definitely worth every penny and would buy again/ recommend to everyone.

Amazing product that desperately needs marketed better!
The media could not be loaded. Amazing product that clearly did not have any competent marketing strategy for the 10 plus years it's been around. I looked high and low for something like this as water based coatings get faster and faster between recoat times. This was the perfect solution for TotalBoat Halcyon Varnish which has a 1 hour recoat time allowing 8 coats in 8 hours. But there was no good way to easily keep the Varnish usable, those poncho roller wraps are a pain in the butt and end up leaking or getting Varnish everywhere inside and out.

Best Product Ever
I bought one of theses trays at a big box store years ago and have loved it. I just bought two more as we flip homes and I do all the painting and when your working with primer and two color tones from room to room it's nice to not have to keep cleaning trays. I have used paint from one of these trays that had been stored in it for a few months and the paint is still moist and able to still be used. I just keep adding paint to the tray as I go along. You do get a bit of a build up on the sides that dries while it's open, but I just peel it off and keep using it. I don't leave rollers or brushes in the tray as I use the Paint and Roller Brush Covers you can buy on Amazon as well. I also cover them with a shopping bag to make sure no air is getting to them, but always make sure your cleaning your brushes every couple of days to keep them in good shape. Seriously you can't go wrong buying this product it will make your life easier when painting multiple rooms at a time.

Keeps paint from drying out
This item does a great job keeping the paint from drying out and sure saves time cleaning out trays if planning on using same paint later. The one thing I don't like is that the groves on the rolling portion of the tray are too deep and/or wide so doesn't leave paint on the roller very smooth.

A Versatile Paint Tray, #3 for me!!
This is my 3rd purchase of the resealable paint tray. My first one was so old and well used, I broke down and bought another. Then my daughter saw it and wanted one also. Merry Christmas…a paint tray, haha!!! I paint all the time. This works really well when a smaller roller is possible. Need a second coat the next day, just put the lid on tight. Come back the next day, open it up, stir the paint, and paint. It cleans up well, but don’t let the paint dry completely in the pan.

I'll use it
I mean, it's not what I wanted. I've been looking for a silicone version of this with the lid and was hoping this would be similar enough to make me happy. It's not that but it is exactly what it says it is so I have no reason to be dissatisfied.Pros - it's super easy to store your paint project in to finish up later. I really like the kid and there is plenty of room to close up both the roller and a brush inside.Cons - You still have to wash up your paint pan when you are done which is what I wanted to avoid. The lid is also a bit tough to put on at times. It might loosen up after I've used it a while. I've used it to paint 2 different projects and it's still very tight. It does say this is made in the USA which I like because - Yay! No slave labor was involved in the making of the product. It also sends you a Constitution of the United States. Take that however you choose. I found it a bit odd to receive a constitution with my paint pan but whatever.

Excellent paint tray
This is an excellent, durable paint tray that will last years. I love that there’s an airtight lid so you can close up the tray in between coats. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but it ought to last you a lifetime. I bought a few of these years ago and Menard’s - I don’t know why they’re so hard to find now.

What a timesaver!
I have one of these I bought at a local store some time ago and could not find them again. I was so happy to see that they were available on Amazon. These are great if you are going to be using the same paint over several days or more. You don't have to wash out the roller which to me is a waste of time and paint. With this you just put the roller inside and put the lid on. You don't have to clean a roller or pan until the project is finished.
