Expensive, but worth it
Pros:FUN to build! I don't have a ton of free time, so this took me about a week to build and kept me interested the whole time. I always looked forward to coming home from work and making more progress. It's big! The description gave measurements, but it still seemed larger than I envisioned, probably because the entire baseplate had structures on it, right to the edge.Cons:Expensive. This isn't a set that everyone can afford or have valid reasons to justify the cost. The some (5-10%) of the pieces in each numbered bag didn't match the numbered instructions. For example, when building from the first set of instructions, plan to open the next bag or two for needed pieces. I ended up scavenging some of those pieces from my big tub of loose *name brand* pieces before realizing they were put into a different bag.Cons:Since I scavenged for pieces, I'm not entirely sure that no pieces were missing from this set. I think there were 10 or so pieces missing, but that would be the highest estimate. There are two shades of gray and it was hard to tell the difference between which the correct pieces were needed due to some color in the instructions - some pages had better color saturation than others.

Awesome
The project is amazing thought the directions could be a bit better in detail and some pieces were missing so I had to got to a local place that sold lego kits and pieces but other than that I love it!

Lego clone but poor quality
Although set was not shipped from seller it could have been placed in a shipping box. Product box damaged. Set continues to have missing parts, If you are an advanced builder and have extra parts from other sets (similar) can substitute. The set is unique as it is a good representation of a building. Set is not opening as on picture descriptions and levels do not fit together.....needs to be super-glued but OK.

Beautiful build if you have the patience
This is an incredible build despite how the various pieces are bagged. Excellent building manual. I would have given five stars if it had a better way to bag the bricks. It has lights but you have to take off each floor to access the lights. There is a tiny flip switch to turn them on. It looked very nice lit it up, although I doubt I will light them again. There were five pieces missing but they were small and easily replaced with spare Lego pieces. The floors don't stack together well. There is a fair amount of the floors curling upwards. This took me two weeks to build. Would I do it again? No. It wasn't very challenging. Recommended age on the box is six like a puzzle as you have to go searching through multiple bags. And that was frustrating to me, not relaxing. The finished Lunatic Asylum (Arkham Asylum) is beautiful. From Poison Ivy's bloom protruding over the entrance to Mr. Freeze's quarantine, this place exudes sinister.

So much more for the price!
I bought the latest Lego modular building and ordered this set online at the same time. After building both, I very upset at Lego. They were the same price yet this one dominates the Lego set all the way around. This set is huge! Every wall has tons of detail, even the back! The Lego set has boring side walls and a plain back, but this one has rich detail everywhere! All floors are tiled too! The pieces are great too. Save your money and get more! Buy this set!

Decent product after some upgrades and mods
I wasn't missing any parts, but the model does not have the bookcase display feature as shown in the images. In fact, all you can do is take it apart one floor at a time. The build is repetitive and is supposed to be a knock-off version of the Arkham Asylum. That said, the included decals are... lacking. The sign above the door reads "Madhouse" and there are stickers to place inside with pictures of vampires and ghouls along with the word "Madhouse" over and over. I also found it weird that they included a lab and experiment area inside. Wouldn't work as a normal "madhouse" but it did fit my need as an Umbrella Corporation "Mental Health Facility". Perfect place for some human zombie experiments. The build quality is comparable with Lego but this is not intended for actual use by a kid. There are lots of delicate parts that move and slide around. For a display it works. One more thing... the included lights are awful battery powered ones. I switched them for some USB brick lights which you can find on Amazon.
