I read that this product helps you to absorb calcium. I've been taking Standard Process Cataplex F, Calcifood Wafers, and Calcium Lactate for several months, and they have helped me tremendously! I was having terrible back pain and weak, splitting nails. After a few weeks, I really noticed the difference--back pain is pretty much gone and nails are growing in strong and much smoother. I was also having excruciating leg cramps many nights, and they have completely disappeared! If you're having any of these problems, it's worth a try as long as you're not allergic to iodine.

I take this because I’m extremely sensitive to the sun. My chiropractor recommended these and when I remember to take them every day (which is about half the time🤭) they work amazingly well.

Just recently put this item on an automatic monthly basis. Let's see if this merchant can get this straight. There is another supplement that they have the monthly renewal so screwed up I currently have 8 bottles on hand. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I’ve been using these tablets for 4 years now as recommended by my past acupuncturist for the stress sores in my mouth. My sores come from chewing my tongue and cheek. They got so bad I could barely swallow. I take two everyday I have a sore and one a day for maintenance and they work beautifully. I cannot live without these.
